What is Tesseras? [WIP]

Tesseras is designed as a temporal data preservation network — a decentralized communication infrastructure that enables long-term data persistence across generations while maintaining privacy, security, and performance.

Think of it as creating digital cave paintings that can survive millennia.

"Just as prehistoric people carved stories into stone to outlive them, Tesseras empowers modern humanity to do the same in pixels and photons."

About

Tesseras exists to preserve human memory in a world of impermanence. By decentralizing storage and communication, we aim to make it possible for descendants centuries from now to access the thoughts, feelings, and legacies of those who came before them.

How it Works

Memories are stored across a peer-to-peer network using distributed hash tables and other decentralized technologies. There is no single point of failure. Each node helps carry the collective memory forward in time.
